Refund and Returns Policy

We will gladly accept any unopened items in store within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All online returns require pre-authorization and if approved once the return is received back to us, the refund issued will be the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping fees. You may be asked to provide pictures before authorization is provided.

All orders canceled before they are shipped will be issued a refund of the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping fees.

Bulk products and/or products closed with a twisty or tab closure are not returnable.

Your refund will be returned via the original payment method and may take 7-10 days for the refund to be processed. (Purchases paid by check requires a 10 business day waiting period from purchase date.)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns of opened items unless there is a quality control issue.

All special orders require pre-payment and are non-returnable.

All bulk produce orders are special orders, require pre-payment, and are non-refundable. While we do our best to store them in an optimal environment, we are not responsible for your failure to pick up in a timely fashion and the degradation of the produce. After three days, unclaimed produce will be discarded and is non-refundable.

BackOrder Refund Policy

Orders cancelled, when you order the item knowing that it is backordered, are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Meaning that you will only receive 95% of the original price in refund as we can no longer promise ETAs due to ongoing manufacturing supply chain challenges.

Further Details

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item, send us an email at contactus@whitakersnaturalmarket.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package. All items and packaging must be retained until instructed further. Pictures will be required before approval.

Gift Return Policy

If the item was purchased as a gift (paid for by Party A and shipped to Party B) and shipped directly to you (Party B), the return must be handled by Party A. If damaged in in transit, we can work directly with Party B for an exact replacement only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
